As we are a small, family-run business, we have decided to stick with an online catalogue rather than store for the time being. However, we are able to ship some products within Australia. Orders can be placed via email or phone, and we can always organise a video call to show you more of what's in store and provide personalised advice. We receive deliveries of homemade products each week, including piroshki, dumplings, cakes, sauerkraut, and more. We can always make extra especially for you, or potentially make something that's not usually on our menu. ​Yes! We are always happy to put things aside so you can collect it at a time that best suits you.
​We are open almost all public holidays according to our usual trading hours. We are closed on the 25th of Dec and 1st Jan every year. If there are any changes to our trading hours on a particular day, we will announce it on our Facebook and Instagram!
In the case that there is something not quite right about a product, please bring the item back into the store and we are happy to refund you or offer you an exchange.
